Welcome to the chapter of your life which is wedding planning!! Whether you’re just beginning to plan or you’re really in the thick of it, soak it up – no matter how stressful it is at times. Before you know it, you’ll be looking back at your wedding day photos wondering where the time went.
Hey… speaking of wedding day photos… 😉 I’m letting you in on my ultimate list of what items you should give your photographer for detail (or flat lay) photos.
Your wedding photographer may provide you with a list of what to include, and may refer to it as either details or flat lay details. A flat lay is a compilation of all the little details you want photographed on your big day. The smallest details are frequently the most important details that you want captured. Alright, let’s dive in!
Detail Photos List:
- Dress
- Veil
- Bouquet
- Shoes
- Jewelry
- Ring(s) – engagement + wedding bands
- Paper suite (save the date, RSVP card, invitation, envelope with your names, etc.)
- Vows
- Perfume
- Cologne
- Tie
- Watch
- Cufflinks
- Socks
- Belt
