Palisade Head, Minnesota Fall Elopement

It’s no secret by now that the North Shore has my heart. So when the opportunity arises to share my love of it with others, I’m thrilled. Sammi and Walker’s Palisade Head, Minnesota Fall elopement was an absolute dream. Despite the early-November chill and classic North Shore winds, Sammi and Walker were such troopers. I’m so excited to finally be sharing their special day! 🤩

When Sammi and Walker were in the process of planning their northern Minnesota elopement, they knew they wanted to incorporate their love of Lake Superior. When I suggested Palisade Head, they were ecstatic! The views from Palisade Head are honestly some of my favorite. With Tettegouche State Park just to the North to the never-ending lake alongside the cliffs… it’s easy to be captivated by Palisade Head’s shear beauty. What better place to say “I do”?!

Sammi and Walker are big lovers of the outdoors, so we were able to capture some epic photos with their hiking backpacks and “Just Married” signs. Somehow, despite some inclement weather, we were able to sneak away for some hiking after their nuptials. But honestly, the photos speak for themselves. Sammi and Walker’s Palisade Head, Minnesota Fall elopement will forever hold a near-and-dear place in my heart.
