Black Beach Engagement Session
Picture this: the sun slowly drops below the treeline, casting its golden glow on the beach as the waves crash along the rocks. Taylor and Joe started their engagement session journey at Black Beach, where they playfully frolliced hand-in-hand, along the shoreline of Lake Superior, exchanging kisses and loads of laughs. Then, they spun, danced, dipped, and swayed as we documented their love story.
Nestled in the charming town of Silver Bay, MN, just a short 45-minute drive North of Duluth, this hidden gem boasts views of Lake Superior, majestic cliffs, and a rocky shoreline that makes for a perfect engagement session. Here’s the bonus – you can double the magic by incorporating two incredible locations into your session. Because let’s be honest, a variety of backdrops equals photo session perfection!
Palisade Head Engagement Session
As the adventure continued, we then caravaned to Palisade Head – just minutes up the road. No matter how many times I visit, the cliffs overlooking Lake Superior never fail to steal my breath away. Taylor and Joe cozied up for the second half of their photo shenanigans. To spice things up, a cheeky bottle of champagne made its debut to end our time together. Spoiler, a great way to end your session is by spraying a bottle of bubbly to celebrate.
